Performing Better

As athletes, there’s one thing to be completely confident in: consistency is key.

Imagine a scenario. In the middle of your workout, you start feeling a slight pain in your knee. Pretty normal, right? You’re pushing your body close to its limits, and there’s going to be a little pain that accompanies that. You make an appointment with your physical therapists nonetheless, for the sake of being proactive, and he or she gives you some exercises to do. They’re not too difficult, and they actually fit in pretty perfectly with your workout regiment.

So, you do the exercises on Monday, then again on Tuesday, then again on Wednesday… you skip Thursday, but you pick it back up on Friday. The next week, you do a couple of your exercises on Monday, then you forget until Thursday. The week after that, you forget your exercises until the nagging pain you experienced last week turns into shooting pain during Tuesday’s recovery run.

See the pattern here? Pain interrupts your routine, which can reduce your motivation to continue being active. However, the answer to pain is not inactivity!

In fact, with most (if not all) of the cases we have at FTP, inactivity only furthers the injury or hampers the recovery.

That’s where memberships come in. As a member at Fine Tuned Performance, we will work with you on a consistent basis, allowing us to work toward your goals with you. On top of that, we can hopefully prevent injuries before they happen by refining and perfecting your movements.

During your sessions, our goals are your goals.

Of course, we know your goals might change over time, and that’s why we will consistently evaluate your goals with you to make sure we’re both on the right track. But don’t take it from us— here’s what one of our members has to say about his experience at FTP:

Being proactive can help prevent a number of different things. ... We stay on top of my back whenever it starts to kind of flare up or [I] have any issues with it. I come in here with the membership, and Bobby helps tackle it. I mean, on top of him also being a CrossFitter, he really cares. He’s really going to give his 110% effort, which is what I like to do, so ... that is perfect for me.”

Our Fine Tuned Memberships have three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. With the Bronze Membership, you get one visit per month at $180; with the Silver Membership, you get two visits per month at $170 per visit ($340 total); and with the Gold Membership, you get three visits per month at $160 per visit ($480 total). Additionally, any visits you want to book after your member sessions run out will be booked at your member rate!

A membership is a great way to stay on top of your physical fitness and wellbeing, even if you’re not injured or recovering from anything. We don’t only want to help you feel and move better— we want to help you complete our three steps by performing at your best.
